Al Davis — Vice President / Creative

Al Davis is responsible for incorporating and attaining the Vision of CRT/tanaka into its design communications. CRT/tanaka’s goal to exceed expectations with smart, ethical and effective communications is applied to design projects. He has a depth of experience in print advertising campaigns, collateral materials, direct mail, branding, identity programs, and exhibit design.

Before coming to CRT/tanaka, Al operated his own graphic design business in Richmond, Va., for more than 20 years. His experience includes working with colleges and universities, Fortune 500 companies, financial associations, health systems and not-for-profits. His professional schooling was at Richmond Professional Institute. Al volunteers his design skills to Commonwealth Parenting, The Richmond Arts Council, Richmond Friends Meeting, The Greater Fulton Hill Community and other community and civic organizations.
