CRT/tanaka Announces Six Promotions

Individual Contributions Fuel Business Growth


Richmond, Va. and New York (June 29, 2006) - CRT/tanaka, an award-winning public relations and marketing firm known for creative solutions and workplace culture, has promoted six of its employees in two offices.


  • Deborah Straus was promoted to vice president in CRT/tanaka's New York office. She was previously a management supervisor with responsibility for creating, supervising and executing programs for HoMedics, Chadwick's of Boston, Cocktails by Jenn and Wines from Rioja (Spain). With her promotion, Strauss continues these duties and becomes a member of the agency's board of advisors, a group of senior executives responsible for the current and future growth of the agency.
  • Cheryl Robinson was promoted to senior account executive in CRT/tanaka's Richmond office. Robinson provides counsel to a variety of clients, including Philip Morris USA and the Chick-fil-A Kyle Petty Charity Ride.
  • Christian Munson was promoted to senior account executive in CRT/tananka's Richmond office. Munson leads the agency's Longwood University account and also works with Philip Morris USA.
  • Jennifer Lucado was promoted to account executive in CRT/tanaka's Richmond office. Lucado is part of the ITT Industries Night Vision account team, as well as a member of the Longwood University account team.
  • Erin Pellegrin was promoted to account executive in CRT/tanaka's New York office. Pellegrin works primarily with the Sprint Nextel account team and the company's sponsorship of the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series. Pellegrin also works on Cocktails by Jenn, Wines from Rioja (Spain) and Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. accounts.
  • Courtney Ware was promoted to account executive in CRT/tanaka's Richmond office. Ware works primarily with VHA, Inc., a national health care alliance of more than 2,400 not-for-profit hospitals.
