CRT/tanaka advises the media relations efforts of Amadeus North America, a provider of software and technology solutions to travel agencies, airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other travel suppliers. In addition to ongoing public relations support, in 2008, to increase marketplace awareness of Amadeus’ travel solutions and to showcase its leadership on industry issues, CRT/tanaka helped implement a promotional survey capturing consumer attitudes about “à la carte” travel fees. The agency maximized the marketing potential of the survey by promoting it through press releases, presentations and blogs, and secured media coverage in print, online and trade outlets, including a feature article in USA Today.
